How do Silestone and Sensa Granite compare to regular granite? |

Silestone is made out of natural quartz. It contains 93% of this mineral and 7% polymeters and pigments to completely seal it and make it 100% non porous so that nothing goes into it. Regular granite on the other hand is porous and therefore stains and requires sealing. Silestone requires no sealing, and is scratch and scorch resistant. Furthermore, it contains built in Microban, which makes it an even cleaner and safer surface. Silestone is available in over 80 colors and two textures (classic and leather). The look of Silestone is a constant rich pattern that facilitates color and design combinations.
Sensa’s treated granite is premium natural granite brought to you by Cosentino, a world leader in the natural stone industry for over eighty years and the makers of Silestone. SenSa granite is treated with a revolutionary stain protection treatment called SenGuard which makes sealing unnecessary. It brings customers a veined 100% natural look with a cleaner advantage!
Unlike regular granite, both Silestone and Sensa Granite come with a 15-year limited warranty and are certified by the Greenguard Environmental Institute.

How do I get free samples? |

Yes. The price you see for your custom countertop project includes measurement and installation, unless stated.

How long will the whole process take? |

Your custom countertop project should have the following lead times:
• Estimate: Most made the same day . If specs are unclear or missing may take 2-3 days
• Measurement: Within three days of request. Cabinets need to be in place at measure time.
• Installation: Within two to three weeks after measurement, signed order and 75% deposit is received.

Do you remove existing countertops? |

A Our installers can remove existing countertops when they are laminate or solid surface only. We also dispose of it if required. Please confirm all this details and pricing when placing an order. WE DO NOT REMOVE EXISTING TILE.

Do you measure with existing countertops? |

Most of the time we accommodate to measure / template with existing countertops on remodeling jobs. However in some instances we may require that countertops are removed for an accurate template. In these instances, if you need a working space, we work out a temporary sink and find a way that works for you.

Why go with an undermount sink? |
| A |
It is the trend in the kitchen and bath industry. It gives a cleaner - bolder look plus it gives you more counter space and makes cleaning faster.
Drop sinks is also an option. It is your preference and look desired that determines mounting option.

How does the 3cm (1-1/8”) and 2cm (3/4”) thickness difference work? |

Most of our kitchen jobs are done in 3cm (1-1/8”) since it is the trend in Wisconsin. However 2cm (3/4”) material works as well! You get a thicker look since material is laminated on the edge for a 1-1/2" look. It is generally a more price effective option that customers like taking advantage of.

What terms and forms of payment do you have? |

A We require a 75% deposit and the balance upon installation. You can pay with cash, check or credit card. For retail customers in Fond du Lac and surroundings area we have financing program thru National Exchange Bank. Check with us for conditions. |
